Visy new glass recycling and remanufacturing facility in Yatala Queensland will recycle up to 200,000 tonnes of glass annually to produce 1 billion bottles a year.
The facility will also recycle glass enabling 40,000 tonnes glass or an equivalent of 200 million beer bottles to be diverted from landfill.
Mechanical design included a smoke management system to the automated ASRS high bay section, materials handling ventilation systems and VRF airconditioning and amenities ventilation systems to the main office and various satellite offices.
