Kensington Office – 167 Kensington Rd, West Melbourne, Victoria
Paramount completed the mechanical design and construction on this four-level office building in West Melbourne. The brief on the office design was to allow for exposed ceilings and services to encompass the industrial feel of the surrounding buildings. The mechanical design included for exposed ductwork, concealed VRF airconditioning systems and 100% outside air processing units

Built on the former site of Tip Top Bakeries in Brunswick East this development comprises of 411 one and two bedroom apartments and luxurious townhouses, Three retail and office spaces and a rooftop childcare over spread across six separate buildings
Woolworths, Hilton Foods – Truganina VIC
Woolworths in partnership with European based food distribution company Hilton Food Group came together to build Woolworths’ primary meat and distribution facility for Victoria.
