This design and construct project consisted of the redevelopment of the 6 storey Argus building in Latrobe St to accommodate the Melbourne Institute of Technology’s city campus.
The mechanical design included for roof mounted air-cooled cooling towers, condenser water flow and return pipework reticulated throughout the building to water sourced package airconditioning units on each floor.
The design catered for office level fitouts with ground level food and retail outlets.
