The new Linfox Logistics facility at Marsden Park consisted of a 15,000 m2 ambient warehouse complete with a dispatch office and a receiving office. The ambient warehouse is served by a manual smoke clearance system that can be used as general ventilation when required. The facility also comes with a ventilation system for the 530 m2 forklift battery charge facility, mechanical ventilation for a 5500 m2 Dangerous Goods storage room complete with hazardous goods controls and an automatic smoke management system.
The single level main office areas are airconditioned by a stand-alone ducted split conditioning systems serving all office spaces including meeting rooms, boardrooms, lunchrooms and open office spaces
