AFFS – NSW Fire Testing
Paramount provides testing and certification for all fire safety measures associated with the mechanical services for a building’s annual fire safety statement (AFSS). Our Essential Service team are experienced in the testing of essential safety measures for all sizes of industrial and commercial buildings. These works include testing and certification of mechanical air handling systems, stair pressurization systems, smoke hazard management systems and smoke and fire dampers in accordance with AS1851-2012.
Paramount is a Gold Member of the Fire Protection Association (FPA). FPA is the national peak body for fire safety and the fire protection industry and is the governing body for AFSS certification.
Our accredited practitioners hold all the necessary qualifications to endorse all mechanical fire safety measures relating to the NSW Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS). Our accredited practitioners are registered with Fire Protection Australia’s Accreditation Scheme (FPAS). We can also provide the necessary remedial works for these systems as required.
