Vistaprint is an international online supplier of printed and promotional materials as well as providing marketing services to micro businesses and consumers.
This project comprised a 10,000 sqm purpose built printing facility. The facility needed to be temperature and humidity controlled
Mechanical design included air cooled chilled water plant and pipework reticulation, heating hot plant and pipework reticulation, fabric duct air distribution, humidification and dehumidification with a site wide building management system.

- 2 x York 1100kW air cooled Chillers
- 2 x York 200kW Data Room Chillers
- 2 x 750kW Heating Hot Water Boilers
- GJ Walker Air Handlers with evaporative humidification cycle.
- Full BMS system to control the facility including dew point control for printing area
