This Newscorp Print facility is an 11,500 sqm purpose built temperature and humidity controlled facility consisting of Production and Publishing areas, critical computer rooms, motor control rooms and administration areas.
This design and construct product included for the design of the smoke management systems, temperature/humidity control via roof mounted package units, critical control of computer room with air cooled CRAC units and VRF with energy recovery ventilation systems to serve the administration areas
