D’Orsogna’s 11,000 sqm manufacturing and processing facility in Mickleham covers the full production of their smallgoods from cooking, smoking, slicing, packaging and storage.
The facility includes temperature controlled food processing halls, chemical storage and dangerous good rooms, offices and amenities.
Mechanical design included a wash down ventilation system to the manufacturing areas, chemical storage ventilation systems, compressed air and nitrogen plant and pipework reticulation, steam boiler plant and steam pipework reticulation with VRF airconditioning to the main office and various satellite offices.
