Asics Oceana Headquarters in Marsden Park was a 5 Star NABERS base build design complete with a 4 Star rating with the Green Building Council of Australia.
The mechanical design and construct project allowed for a mixed-use development of office and retail including retail showroom, main reception and void area, office and meeting rooms
